GEM Partnership Limited is a new name in the North East recruitment industry following a management buy out of Premium People Recruitment in the summer of 2009. GEM has created two very different and independant recruitment brands, both underpinned by our partnership working philosophy.

GEM Premium People Recruitment will focus on the blue collar and industrial markets, utilising and building upon the solid foundation laid down by the team at Premium People in this sector.

GEM Professional Services Recruitment will specialise in white collar, professional, contact centre and commercial recruitment solutions designed to support a wide range of key industries. This brand will also spearhead our executive and key appointment search strategy, with a team focused on project managed assignments carried out for key clients across the UK.
