Head of Permanent Recruitment

We are looking for an exceptional person to join our management team at an early and exciting stage of our company development. You will need to be a high performer and experienced in permanent recruitment as a large part of the role will be in the development and management of the permanent recruitment consultants. This will include a number of graduate recruits with little,if any, knowledge of the recruitment industry. This is a vital role for the ongoing development of Premium People and will require an exceptional leader capable of getting 100% out of your team whilst achieving your own target.
Key Responsibilities:
1) To coach and develop permanent consultants
2) To assist in the attraction of new consultants to the company
3) To manage the performance of the permanent sales consultants
4) To input into the Senior Management team's strategic direction
5) To lead the consultants through personal performance and conduct
6) To assist in the further establishment of a 'Training School' for new entrants
Requirements:
1) High acheivement in permanent recruitment is essential

Technical Consultant
We are looking for a consultant with experience in recruiting for permanent technical roles. You will be expected to develop both your client and candidate base along with servicing our current clients that offer several roles to fill on a monthly basis.
Responsibility
- Operating across Technical disciplines
- You will have the training and resources to fully maximise your earning potential through permanent placements: typical placements – Engineers; Mechanics; Shift Managers etc
- To offer the highest levels of Sales & Service and maximise sales revenue

Commercial Consultant/Branch Manager- Sunderland
We will be opening an office in Sunderland in March. We are looking for an exceptional person who already has a proven track record within the commercial sector, ideally in Sunderland although success in this sector in other locations is just as important. The successful person will be entrepreneurial as this will be a new sector for Premium People.
You will be capable of developing both the business plus a team with the expectation of taking full responsibility of managing the Sunderland branch. This is a major development for our business and is key to our continued dramatic expansion plans.
Position
- Due to branch development, we require a Commercial Temp and/or Perm Consultant based in the Sunderland Branch.
- The role will include developing into the Branch Manager for the successful person
- Offering a friendly professional environment in which to work, the role will involve all aspects of being a Commercial Consultant - including Sales, Service, Recruitment and Administration.
Requirements
- You will already possess the required specific sector recruitment experience, ideally within a “High Street Branch” environment, although alternative sectors will be considered.
