Positions:
Finance Recruitment Consultant
- Location: North East
- Salary: £50k OTE

To support ambitious growth plans, we are looking to appoint a consultant to take responsibility for building market share within the Finance market place. Ideally you will be an experienced recruitment consultant seeking to expand your experience into a competitive and highly challenging market.
In addition to maintaining relationships with established clients and candidates, you will conduct research into key sub sectors, seeking opportunities for business development by promoting the company's expertise. Once business has been secured you will then follow the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates, through to placing talented people within a range of specialist roles. This would be both within our own training and development business and into the wider business community.
This is a fast moving and challenging market, therefore you will be commercially astute, of degree calibre and be able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a real flair for sales. Previous hands on experience within financial markets or finance qualifications would be highly advantageous

Industrial Consultant

We are looking to appoint an industrial recruitment consultant to join our Newcastle Office which opened in early 2009. The suitable candidate will be able to develop client relationships ensuring a profitable client base though a proactive programmed approach to current and prospective clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and outstanding people skills with the ability to be apart of a dynamic team. The suitable candidate must have b2b sales experience or from a field sales background, although recruitment experience would be advantageous.
